09:21 <yengas> Hello. I've just wrote a dockerfile to seed a mongodb container after it initializes. I use a tar of mongodump'd mongo database to `mongorestore` the newly created mongo container. However it fails inconsistently (2 out of 10 times). The collection it fails on uses 2dsphere index. I have tried waiting for mongodb to initialize, and putting only 1 record into the collection that the restore fails on. But it didn't change anything.
09:26 <yengas> These are the docker files https://github.com/Yengas/tubit-bigez-backend/tree/c2c9f278bf548ab061ec7f11f49e0e9e65e9076b/database and this is the error loghttps://gist.github.com/Yengas/53c4fb6f95ad2ec0d26a69395eab355d

14:02 <pythonholum> dsardari: I checked, the only way I could find it was to add ( Year * 10000000 ) + ( dayOfYear * 10000 ) + ( hour * 100 ) * minute, But I am guessing there is a better way

15:01 <pythonholum> I am trying to find a better way to group by minute, Currently I have it where my interval is the sum of ( Year * 10000000 ) + ( dayOfYear * 10000 ) + ( hour * 100 ) * minute

15:28 <pythonholum> $minute is minute of the hour ( aka 0 - 59 ) so it does not know what hour it is in or month ext, what would work is if there was unixtimestamp I could do that

I want to add "new_condition" to "conditions", in the following.. new_condition = { "name" = "asthma" } # MongoDB structure [{ "_id": { "$oid": "58b44df6095dcf044c80c8ff" }, "conditions": [{ "name": "diabetes", "is_active": true, "studies": [] }] }]
