Hi, I've setup a vagrant configuration with ubuntu/xenial64 as the base and setup a bridged network (in addition to the NAT). I've multiple such VM's running on different physical machines which are on the same physical subnet. When I try to ping one VM from within another one, I'm able to do it, but all pings are getting DUPlicate responses. Any suggestions?
Is there an aquivalent to post_up_message to show something in the beginning?
trying to run "vagrant up", getting error: Failed to open/create the internal network 'HostInterfaceNetworking-VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter' (VERR_INTNET_FLT_IF_NOT_FOUND). Failed to attach the network LUN (VERR_INTNET_FLT_IF_NOT_FOUND).
also cannot find any solution on google. Maybe here someone can help?
What is a vagrant manifest file?
EugenA: thank u
hey all. having an issue using the puppet provisioner on windows xp (ew, i know). it looks like it's identifying it as a non-windows machine even though i've specified `config.vm.guest = :windows`
i think this because i see from the debug output - `DEBUG winrm: powershell executing: $p = "/opt/puppetlabs/bin/puppet"`
which i think should only happen for non-windows - https://github.com/mitchellh/vagrant/blob/master/plugins/provisioners/puppet/provisioner/puppet.rb#L152-L171
ahhhhhhh actually, it's because `where.exe` does not exist on XP
so `test_cmd` fails, and it defaults to the non-windows /opt path
